I love to live in a state where wildlife roams freely. Pronghorn sightings are common in Wyoming, but they are extraordinary creatures. They are the second fasted land mammal on earth and can reach just over 50 miles per hour (see National Geographic: Pronghorn). Interestingly, they are not related to the antelope. Their closest genetic relative is the giraffe.
